  • Q: What do you do at Prodigy?
A: I am an Agile Coach/Scrum Master working at one of Prodigy's clients.

  • Q: What does your day-to-day at Prodigy typically look like?
A: Most of my days start and end with a meeting. I coach five teams to perform better as agile teams. While conducting scrum ceremonies and empowering agile teams to be self-organized, I resolve conflicts and roadblocks for every team and extend agile best practices. I am also setting up an Agile Center of Excellence for the organization.

  • Q: What is your favourite part about working at Prodigy?
A: What I find most exciting is seeing how the teams respond to my agile coaching and I am happy to see their progress. They recognize talent and never fail to appreciate hard work which makes the workplace experience a lot better.

  • Q: What is your favourite memory at Prodigy so far?
A: My favourite memory so far was when a Product Manager was so impressed with my work that he said, “We want every Scrum Master in our organization to be a clone of Monalisa.” That was the best compliment I have ever received.

  • Q: How did you become interested in the tech industry?
A: During my college days the IT industry was taking a leap. I found it challenging to be part of the boom and did my master’s degree in computer applications. It was a career choice to be involved in the tech industry.

  • Q: What is something most people don't know about you?
A: Most people don't know that I am a poet. My poems are published in many literary journals and anthologies worldwide. My poetry book “Pearls of A Strawberry Moon” is available in Amazon. I have won international poetry competitions as well.

Monalisa's drive to see teams succeed make her a fantastic addition to the company, and we are very lucky to have her as part of the team!
