Meet The Team Spotlight: Neha Pahuja

We asked Neha Pahuja, Technical Recruiter at Prodigy to share some of her experiences working at the company, and why she is passionate about the tech industry. Continue reading for Neha's full interview.

  • Q: What do you do at Prodigy?
    A: I am a Technical Recruiter at Prodigy Labs.

  • Q: What does your day-to-day at Prodigy typically look like?
    A: My day to day is to find and attract active and passive talent who are busy doing amazing transformational work in the IT and fintech industry. I confirm their profile and fit to be able to recruit for our internal opportunities as well as our client's projects.

  • Q: What is your favourite part about working at Prodigy?
    A: I love the empowerment, flexibility, and that ideas are valued irrespective of hierarchy.

  • Q: What is your favourite memory at Prodigy so far?
    A: My favourite memories come from Friday calls with my team, where we all connect face-to-face and have a retrospective on the week; discussing varied candidates' experiences, learning from each other, and at times sharing very amusing personal stories.

  • Q: How did you become interested in the tech industry?
    A: I became interested in the tech industry, especially fintech, because it is growing rapidly and will always be in high demand. I like to build my expertise in this area and recruit top technical talent, validate their credentials, build a network of qualified candidates, and close more deals.

  • Q: What is something most people don't know about you?
    A: I am a Certified Scrum Master
